Freight is FINALLY Moving...
I spoke with my shipping company today, and they told me that even when they are on top of things, the freight industry can be unpredictable, not to mention, uncontrollable. (which can be...frustrating). : )
Per my last update, the shortfall of orders to Europe (which affected a handful of you) was supposed to arrive in port by mid March; however, I learned today that the container got delayed and was bumped back back in line. The good news is that it will arrive tomorrow. Here's the new schedule:

April 12: Container arrives in port

April 18th: Inventory arrives to hub in Germany

April 25th: All orders completed and tracking numbers sent out to customers

The Latest Shipping Details...
Folks, my trusted shipping and logistics partner has just provided this FLED shipping update! It's mostly good news; however, there's a reported delay to the hub in China (due to the Lunar New Year) and a delay to Europe.
Regarding Europe, my shipping company confesses to a shortfall of games shipped to Europe. They are rectifying this mistake by shipping additional games next week to a hub in Germany so that ALL orders can be fulfilled. Depending on the final destination, it could be as much as a 30-day delay.
If you are one of the unlucky backers that are affected by this delay, I am truly sorry. Here are the shipping details by region:

US/Rest of World: Fulfillment complete. Games are on the way to backers.

AU: Fulfillment complete. Games are on the way to backers.

CN: Due to Lunar New Year, fulfillment has been delayed. We expect fulfillment to be completed in the next few weeks.

UK: Games are at the fulfillment center. They should be processing orders over the next few weeks.

CA: Games are at the fulfillment center. They should be processing orders over the next few weeks.

Europe: Games are at the fulfillment center. We are short on games to the hub in Germany. There's a container leaving here in a few days, but it will delay final receipt by as much as 30 days.

They're Licking the Stamps Now!

Finally, Fled shipments are flowing.
The fine people at Allplay (my shipping & logistics company) just sent me this email yesterday:
"FLED has arrived at the US and China warehouses. For the US/ROW fulfillment, we're going to begin printing shipping labels this week, and shipping will begin next week. China is going to begin fulfillment after the Chinese New Year."
Folks....You will received tracking information in the next few days, and will see movement once the package leaves.

Blizzard Delay Over

Oh no....Snow.... but don't worry.
I just spoke with the shipping and logistics folks at Allplay who had to shut down for several days due to a foot of snow.
Here's an update:
- US - The big Fled container is in Chicago on the rails and is scheduled to arrive January 13th or 14th. From there, it will switch to truck and arrive at Allplay's warehouse the week of January 19th. Please disregard the earlier FedEx number they provided as this was for a special air shipment of just a few copies of Fled and not the bulk of the games.
- Australia - All inventory is now in the warehouse!
- Germany - Expected at port January 18
- UK - Expected at port January 14
- China - Arrived.

Reported Sightings of FLED near you!
Per the last update, FLED and accessories left the factory in early December on their way to various hubs...but, where are they now? ...Well, our trusted shipping and logistics company just reported the following update:
- US - Cleared port, and headed to the rail yard. Usually a few day's journey, but our last couple of containers have taken longer than expected. US fulfillment will begin within a couple of weeks after arrival. The Tracking for US domestic is FedEx 770275786839.
- Australia - Arrived at port, pending delivery
- Germany - Expected at port January 18
- UK - Expected at port January 14
- China - Checking with VFI for update. It should have arrived by now.
